1General Terms

hd33 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", "our") provides an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the platform.

• These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits must come from the user's own account.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hd33 does not charge currency conversion fees or hidden charges. However, your payment provider may charge separate fees.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on hd33 are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit of up to ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions that apply.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• A user is eligible to receive each specific bonus offer only once.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the account will be suspended and the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

hd33's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). VIP tier is determined based on the user's activity and contribution on the platform.

6Game Rules and Results

All game results on hd33 are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play.

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the next course of action will be determined at hd33's discretion.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final; however, in the event of a technical issue, hd33's decision will prevail.
• hd33 is not liable for losses resulting from a user's connection problems during gameplay.
• Incorrect payouts or bonus amounts displayed due to a software error may be voided.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hd33 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using an account for the purpose of abusing bonus opportunities.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for gain.

• Fraudulent collusion with other users.
